  • Is the insurance company located in the United States and 'A' Rated?

 

YES and YES!!!! Not only is our insurance carrier located in the United States, but they are regulated by the Department of Insurance.  This is of vital importance because when it comes to purchasing insurance, you must be aware of insurance carriers that are not approved by the Insurance Commissioner.  ALL of the insurance carrier's that we have relationships with are on the"List of Eligible Surplus Line Insurers" (LESLI) (www.sla-cal.org)This list presents the checked and approved companies for your individual state.  We verify these lists monthly and keep track of the carriers that are not approved. 

 

Our insurance carrier holds an 'A-' (EXCELLENT) rating and a financial size category of VIII ($100 million to $250 million in claims reserves)These numbers are published at www.ambest.com . 

 

THIS INFORMATION IS CRUCIAL IN DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY WILL ACTUALLY BE SOLVENT WHEN A CLAIM ARISES.

  • How can I pay my premium?

 

We arrange a finance contract with our partners at www.firstinsurancefunding.com.  With this agreement you are guaranteed a secure relationship with a bank that is FDIC approved and has funded hundreds of millions of dollars over the past decade.  We also accept Visa and Master Card and Debit Card  transactions for a very nominal fee charge.

           

 

  • Is this policy on a Claims Made or Occurrence Form?

 

Our policies are written on an occurrence form.  This is the broadest type of insurance coverage offered.  Claims Made limits the time period a claim can be filed to the insurance company.

 

  • What happens if I have a claim?

 

Call us directly at (818) 974-6999.  We will be prepared to guide you through the claim process and work with the insurance carrier to provide immediate claim service.  Remember, as your exclusive insurance broker, we represent you, not the insurance company.  Since we are located in the United States, our insurance carrier is very concerned about injuries and will be very involved in the claims process.  This will help assure the longevity of our insurance program.
